Freeflow Holistic

Freeflow Holistic is the trading name for a massage and holistic therapist working as a freelancer in the London area.

My role

For this commissioned project, I was in charge of branding and graphic design. I conducted market research and crafted a brand strategy and positioning angle, which were the basis for my work on the visual identity, tone of voice and overall brand expression. I also worked on social media designs and promotional materials such as flyers and business cards, alongside the development of a full website design.

The challenge

The industry of massage and holistic therapist is varied and expansive. Anna wanted to establish herself as an authority in a field that can sometimes be seen as untrustworthy and also clearly convey the high quality of her services.

The solution

The strong foundations of the brand, including vision, mission and values, centred around honesty and transparency to distinguish Freeflow Holistic from untrustworthy members of the industry. The positioning for Anna as an expert and a knowledgeable individual was conveyed through a weekly blog and a sober approach to social media content. The visual expression of the brand further conveys these messages with calm and clear colours alongside a strong dark green to express a sense of authority.

The result

Following the development of her brand and content creation strategy, Anna established a long-term relationship with ZenPass, a leading community hub for complementary therapies. She was able to stand out from other practitioners through her unique positioning and has continued to use her brand to strengthen her relationship with her clients, growing her client base yearly.
